A Word From The Pastor

I do appreciate your visit to this web page.  God laid upon my heart some time ago to use the world wide web for Christ's honor and glory.  The Internet is a powerful tool for good on evil, depending upon how you use it. 

These pages familiarize you with the Zion Hill Baptist Church, located here in Marion, North Carolina, USA.  I came to Zion Hill to be pastor on Easter Sunday Morning 1994. It is a great church, with a great people, serving the Greatest of All, the Lord Jesus Christ.

The ministry of this church is centered in the preaching of the Word of God.  We have no apology for using the King James Version of the Bible and use it in all of our church meetings.

We believe the local church is to work for the glory of God, to seek to reach the sinners, and to endeavor to encourage and help the saints of God.

I may never see you this side of heaven, but if you are a child of God, rest assured I will see you in heaven one glorious and wonderful day.  Look me up in heaven if I do not get to personally meet you on earth before that time.
